  • PGUAJS is seeking an Executive Director, who with the governance of a board, will oversee all operations of the Society. PGUAJS strives to assist those of indigenous descent who have come in conflict with the law.  Assistance is offered by means of alternative restorative justice, creating and supporting alternatives for the courts and supporting offenders in positive returns to their communities. The Executive Director oversees and supports several staff with a variety of duties, while working with the Finance Manager to monitor existing program budgets and determine budgets for new programs. He/she will be expected to advocate for the mission of PGUAJS among community leaders and keep aware of local justice needs.  Based on needs he/she will seek funding through proposals and provide program reports to funders in a timely manner.
